At Zest Commerce, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have developed the following Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness in our business dealings.

2. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel their service agreement with Zest Commerce at any time, subject to the terms of their specific contract.

  • Retainer Services: For monthly retainer services (e.g., Account Management, SEO), we require a written notice of cancellation 30 days in advance.
  • One-Time Projects: For one-time projects (e.g., A+ Content Design, Website Development), cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to contact@zestcommerce.in.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:

  • Services Not Rendered: If you cancel a service before we have started working on it, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees.
  • Partial Completion: If work has already commenced, a refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the cost of work completed and resources utilized up to the cancellation date.
  • Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed and delivered, or for monthly service periods that have already passed.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., ad spend, software licenses, domain registration) are non-refundable.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the approval date. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the transaction.

5. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably. In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to find a mutually beneficial solution.
